Contract Guard is a SaaS platform that helps businesses track contract renewal deadlines. The service includes AI-powered data extraction from PDF contracts, automated alerts, and team collaboration features.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
You may use the service only for lawful business purposes. You may not: upload malicious files, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the service, or use automated tools to scrape data.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Paddle (our Merchant of Record). Paddle handles all payment processing, taxes, and invoices. You can cancel your subscription at any time — access continues until the end of the billing period.
AI-extracted contract data (dates, vendor names, notice periods) is provided as a starting point and requires human confirmation before alerts are scheduled. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI extraction. You are responsible for verifying all extracted data.
You retain full ownership of all contracts and data you upload. We do not claim any rights to your content. You can export your data at any time via CSV export.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime or missed alerts due to technical issues.
Contract Guard is a reminder tool, not legal or financial advice. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from missed deadlines, incorrect AI extraction, or failure to cancel contracts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
